Visual artist using mainly traditional drawing and painting techniques. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and History with a degree in Mediterranean Archaeology in 1966. He then studied at the Faculty of Conservation of Works of Art of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He received his diploma in 1971. He studied painting in the Studio of Adam Marczyński. His works, which are part of the trend of fantastic realism, are characterized by extraordinary precision, clear line, great richness of colors and structures. The Artist's works are almost magical, their luminosity is the result of his own painting technique and mastery of drawing.
His compositions are surprising, intriguing, seducing the viewer. Women are a secretive and beloved passion of the artist. Always depicted in a beautiful, subtle way, they are sometimes refined, regal, which betrays a great respect for women their beauty and inner strength.
"Waltornia" depicting a voluptuous woman with a fancy headdress, who, in unruffled reverie, seems to be listening to the melody being played for her, herself being its embodiment. Perhaps when we let ourselves be seduced by this unusual work we will be given the chance to hear it.
