Graduate of the Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, she received her diploma in 1983. She is a member of ZPAP Krakow District, a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and Art. Winner of many awards and prizes. She has participated in many individual and group exhibitions at home and abroad. The artist's works are in museum and private collections in France, Germany, USA, Canada and China, among others.
The painting Marrakech is among the works inspired by the artist's Mediterranean travels. Views of cities and ports become a pretext for creating abstract mosaic forms. Reality is a simplified construction material, from which the painter brings out color and geometric rhythms. Architectural relics of the culture of the cities of the Orient, lasting unchanged for centuries, are slowly retreating from the onslaught of globalization carried by tourism. The artist seems to repeat after Heraclitus "Panta rhei".
