A rare, early issue of the Gdańsk grosz of Sigismund I the Old.
Type 2 bust, Coat of Arms - 1.
A variant with the title ending in PRV.
A beautiful, carefully selected piece.
NGC’s HIGHEST GRADE for the 1531 issue—MS64.
The only piece graded this high!
It is worth noting that in the NGC registry, only two groszy coins from the year 1531 have received an MS grade.
We highly recommend it— a RARITY in this condition.
