Born on November 3, 1929 in Sonin near Łańcut, died in 2019 in Kraków. Between 1950 and 1956, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow at the Department of Sculpture in the studio of X. Dunikowski. In 1955, he was a co-founder of Group XIV. He made his debut at the exhibition "Xawery Dunikowski and his students" in Warsaw in 1955. Since then, his works have been exhibited in dozens of exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He realized sculptures related to architecture, mainly sacred - since 1960. His works are among others in the collections of the National Museum in Krakow and Warsaw, as well as in private collections.
