Born in 1979. graduate of the Secondary School of Fine Arts in Katowice , Academy of Fine Arts
Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw , diploma in 2005 in painting inspired by
archaeological excavations in France, an annex in graphics
and multimedia, as well as postgraduate scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts in
Cracow. Diploma under Prof. A. Witkowski and Prof. M. Komorowska in
2012. Individual exhibitions at Teatr Współczesny , Teatr
Polish Theatre in Wroclaw and Teatr Rozrywki in Chorzow. Participation in many
Group exhibitions, painting, graphics and scenography. Works are
are in collections in Poland and abroad. She has collaborated as a stage designer
with Anna Augustynowicz, Krzysztof Nazar, Marek Braun.
Twice a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in
2008 and 2012.
For more than 14 years she has been working with Galleries and Auction Houses. W
oil works the most important actor is light, which builds,
dynamizes, contrasts the composition, determines the mood and transience of the moment.
Inspiration comes from theater, architecture, distant civilizations, travel.
For me, each painting is a journey in which the rudder is imagination and the
compass is the heart and emotions - on them depends the tone of warm or cold,
contrasts, juicy , intense or monochromatic colors. I appreciate
appreciate experiments with texture, collage. In the viewer I want to provoke reflection
and a multitude of interpretations : "I create paintings with an open composition so
so that the image plays out on the viewer's side - in the imagination".
