Marta Rosental - born '78. Visual artist, diploma in painting Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań/now University of Arts), curator of exhibitions, academic lecturer, associate professor in the Department of Creative Industries at the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz. Director of the Museum of Photography in Bydgoszcz.
Author of articles and publications on art and culture. Her achievements include authorial artistic activities, local and international projects promoting art and cultural heritage of the region.
In her work she uses the consonance of many media: drawing, painting, photography, collage and assemblage. He is currently tackling issues related to the relationship: place-record-time-image. The starting point often becomes the natural world, treated here as a collection of signs, which are transformed into an abstract code, an arrangement of forms and structures that evoke associations.
In his works he uses an elaborate narrative, multithreading, modularity, emphasizing the current state of uncertainty, space-time. He lives and works in Bydgoszcz.
