Born 1977, Legnica

Since 1982 he has lived in Tarnow, where he spent his childhood and school years
school years. Graduated from the Third High School and then began studies at the
AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, majoring in Telecommunications. It quickly became apparent
that this was not something he wanted to do all his life. After two years, he dropped out of his technical studies
technical and changed his university to the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He graduated there
Graphic Design at the Faculty of Graphic Arts in the studio of Professor Wojciech Regulski.
Continuing his interests from the academy, he pursued design graphics,
working for advertising and interactive agencies and startups. Commissioned topics
he tried to interweave with his own projects - two series of digital
graphics/collages bordering on surrealism and fantasy.


After more than a decade of working on commercial, mostly digital, projects
he decided to put the computer aside and return to his own work.
He began with a series of finely detailed drawings that today form the "Masks" series.
He gradually moved to a more abstract, painterly style. Trying
various techniques he found his favorite way of working. He says of himself: "The combination of acrylics and collage
gives me a sense of spontaneity, controlled chance and freedom. My works are a
mixture of illustration and painting elements. The subject is usually a pretext for
graphic play and exploration. The images break into pieces and build anew
creating their own put together world."
