Maciej Rauch, Secret in the Rose Garden

He was born in 1988. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He does painting and graphic art as well as creates installations, music videos and experimental music. The stylistics of his work oscillates between the so-called magic realism and surrealism. He has won numerous awards and prizes, including the Hestia Artistic Journey competition. So far, his work has been presented at more than a dozen exhibitions at home and abroad, and his most important exhibition "Other Days/The Other Days" at the Center for Contemporary Art in Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw received the audience award for the most interesting exhibition in the "Project Room 2021/2022" competition.
