Painter and filmmaker. Graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, receiving his diploma from Professor Rajmund Ziemski. In 1993, at the exhibition of the best diplomas of art colleges, he received an award in painting. He has had 12 solo exhibitions. He has exhibited his paintings outside Poland in Japan, the USA and Germany, among others. his art is a rare combination of synthesis and expression. Their characters - musicians and circus performers, animals, trees and coffee makers have a distinctive sculptural weight. Kokoryn tries to encapsulate an entire story in a single gesture, object, character. The subject matter, the succinctness of the form - patches of intense pure color framed by a thick, dark outline create the seductive style of these paintings.
