Oil painting painted on canvas, size 100 x 100 cm
Daryna Nesterenko is a Ukrainian artist who has been living and working in Poland for several years. Her work mainly focuses on emotions and spiritual transformations, and the themes she explores include life and death, love and personality development. In her works, the artist combines metaphor with traditional forms of expression, which emphasizes the value of life by conveying fleeting and sometimes even last moments. Daryna draws inspiration from nature, dance classes and Eastern philosophy. She has never learned to paint in a tra- ditional way, as she loves to experiment and discover her own techniques. All her life the artist has been searching for her own style of painting, focusing on painting with feelings rather than rules. Daryna currently lives and works in Warsaw, where she has been pursuing a career as a professional artist, psychologist and art therapist since 2018. As part of her business, she conducts painting workshops and classes, focusing on getting people to paint with their hearts and souls, not just correctly. Her paintings are exhibited and published in galleries in Europe, and sell at Polish auction houses.
