He graduated from art school in Moldova in 1978 in Chișinău. He traveled throughout Europe for many years, living in France, Russia, Sweden, and Ireland, among other places. He began his artistic career creating posters, for which he received awards in competitions. He ran his own art school in Lithuania. The main theme of his work is women, depicted in a burlesque and boudoir aesthetic. The artist draws inspiration from theater, opera, and ballet, which is reflected in the theatrical expression of his works. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
