Adam Gillert
Born in 1989 in Poznan. Studied at the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts
in Poznań from 2008 to 2014, and in 2013 defended his Master of Fine Arts degree in the 2nd Studio of Graphic Arts
- Serigraphy under the direction of Prof. Miroslaw Pawlowski, specializing in printmaking. At the same time
he studied at the Faculty of Painting and Drawing, where he obtained a second diploma under the supervision of Prof. Marek
Przybyl. In 2016-2019, he pursued doctoral studies at the UAP's WMiR. The defense of his doctoral thesis
combined with the exhibition Continuity (de)construction - 2021.Since 2016, he has been working with Prof. Jacek Strzelecki
- Head of Drawing Studio I of the WMiR Drawing Department as an assistant, since 2022 as an assistant professor.
He has participated in a number of author's exhibitions and group exhibitions, both national and international, and received
awards in national and international painting and drawing reviews. He is engaged in
easel painting, drawing and printmaking.
