The document refers to events related to the unrest in Ukraine that took place in 1790. The Four-Year Sejm appointed a special deputation to investigate the causes and course of these rebellions. The report points out errors in Polish policy toward the Orthodox population and the interference of Russia, which treated Orthodox Poles as its subjects. Subsequent parts have not been published.
