Zbigniew Horbowy (Łaczyn 1935 – 2019 in Polanica-Zdrój) – a Polish visual artist specializing in industrial design, unique and functional glass, a professor at the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass and rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, considered a leading Polish designer of functional glass and the founder of his own school of design, associated with Lower Silesia.
