Lot description
A pair of goblets from the Biedermeier period (first half of the 19th century), made using the technique of transfer glass - clear glass covered with a white layer, which was subsequently cut into decorative shapes. Rich gilded painting adorns the entire surface of the cups, including the central medallions engraved with the names of Anna Löwy and Menzl Löwy.
These cups probably served as a wedding gift or a keepsake
