On the reverse, in the central part, is the manufacturer's signature "Fraget BM Plaque" along with the numbers "38" and "5175 B". The dimensions of the tray are 38 cm x 48 cm.
Overall condition as shown in the photos.
In 1926, Fraget patented a new metal alloy called bleach, which was more noble than traditional alpaca. The bleach was characterized by a uniform, silvery color, so that even after the silver coating was rubbed off, it did not lose its aesthetic value. Due to its qualities, bleach products were widely used by ministries, the military, officers' casinos, sanatoriums, restaurants and hotels.
Fraget products adorned the tables of the highest institutions of the Second Republic, including the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, the MS Batory transatlantic liner, the Bristol and Polonia hotels and the Society of International Sleeping Carriages. In 1927, the company received a special thanks for the design and execution of tableware for the Ministry of Agriculture.
