Biography
Multimedia artist, painter, photographer and ceramist. A graduate of the Faculty of Art at the University of Opole, he received his diploma in multimedia in 2019 in the studio of Professor Magdalena Hlawacz. He works in various media, combining painting, collage, photography, ceramics and multimedia installations. His works address themes of emotion, the human condition, social problems and the meanings of language in a political context. Expressive color, simplified form and ironic distance are characteristic of his work.
The artist has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, both at home and abroad - including Germany, Italy, USA, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, India and Georgia. His works have been shown, among others, at the CCA in Toruń (2025), during the Second Art Biennale in Tarnow (2024), and as part of the Spring Salons of ZPAP and GSW in Opole (2022-2025). Tarnowski's ceramics are in the collection of the City Museum in Svitavy, Czech Republic.
