My name is Anna Zborovska born in 1987 in Plock, Poland. Since 2011 I have been a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Chemical Technology, from which I graduated with a master's degree in engineering.
I have been painting since 2015.
In 2017, I was awarded in the National Surrealist Competition named after Salvador Dali.
In the meantime, I have completed courses and training in the study of drawing at three levels.
My exhibitions:
2017 r. - post-competition group exhibition at the Municipal Cultural Center in Lesznowola,
2021 r. - exhibition at the DNA Gallery in Wroclaw,
2022 r. - participation in the exhibition entitled. "Women's World Spaces" at GOK in Lesznowola,
2023 r. - exhibition of paintings at the celebration of the 60th Opening of the Sailing Season in Plock on the Vistula River.
Since the beginning of my artistic activity, I have made many drawings on paper, portraits from a photo, paintings on canvases. My beloved technique is drawing with charcoal on paper. I believe that sometimes you don't need to add color to see that color. I do paintings on canvases mainly with acrylic paints, less often with oils. Sometimes I use mixed techniques and use different media depending on the effect I want to achieve. My paintings and drawings find their way into homes and apartments in Poland and abroad. Despite already having several achievements to boast of, I am still in search of my own direction and my own artistic path.
The paintings contain all my complicated soul - a little poetry, a pinch of humanism and mathematics, a dash of mad scientist and a large dose of athletic spirit to not give up in pursuit of my goals.
Paints are my elixirs that I mix together and see what comes out.
Art is my personal laboratory of colors and mind, and each painting is my next experiment.
