Mieczysław “Mietko” Rudekwas born in 1956 in Bochnia. A self-taught artist, he works as a painter, photographer, and graphic artist. He has lived and worked in New York since 1989. He is the artistic director ofNowy Dziennik. For the past 8 years, he has been exhibiting his work with the “Emotionalists” group, with which he has participated in 50 exhibitions in Poland, Germany, and the United States. His works are held in the archives of the Museum of Photography in Poznań and in private collections.
