A typologically sought after, very difficult to obtain Wschowa trojak.
A coin with spectacular mint errors - without date numerals, but with the coat of arms of the Grand Treasurer of the Crown placed twice.
The result of a bad stamp placement during the issuance of the trojak in 1595: the obverse with the Levart under the king's bust, but without the marks and date in the titulature, and the reverse with the Levart between the mint marks, but also without the date placed.
For this type of portrait, Tadeusz Iger noted two variations of the reverse without a date: with a flower on a stem (like the present one) and with a large rosette.
Very nice state of preservation. Slight deficiency on the king's face. Nice mint fresh background.
