ndividually studied painting and philosophy under Professor Janusz Jaremowicz. During a several-year stay in Paris, he came into closer contact with the work of Alberto Giacometti. After returning from France, he settled in Kazimierz Dolny, where, in addition to painting, he ran a gallery for some time. His favorite subjects were still life, the Vistula River landscape and the figure, especially the female figure.
