Series B, No. 4764861
This piece is graded PMG 64, with a very pleasing appearance and solid condition. One of the highest denominations of the Third Republic prior to the currency redenomination, issued during the period of high inflation in the early 1990s. This issue serves as an interesting testament to the history of Polish currency, preceding the redenomination of the zloty carried out in 1995.
This banknote, featuring the image of Ignacy Jan Paderewski, is among the most recognizable issues of Polish paper currency from the pre-denomination period.
