Szabályzat
  1. This Auction Sale is  organized and conducted  by the M. i M. Romuald Sawicz, Warszawa 00-193, ul, Stawki 4a lok U1, VAT  PL5222195805.
  2. We auction objects on commission in our own name, but for the account of the submitting parties. The Auctioneer reserves the right to include in any auction sale its own material.
  3. Participation in the auction is subject to prior registration and acceptance of Sale Terms and Conditions. Every bidder should apply to Organizers for a Credit Line. Any bidding activity will be restricted by amount of credit assigned.
  4. Auction lots are described in good faith and the auhenticity of items is guaranteed, if not otherwise stated in the description.
  5. Bidders will be considered to have seen and studied items offered. Any complaints concerning the items will be accepted by Organizers only in writing.
  6. All Auction items are knocked down after the highest bid has been called three times.
  7. Buyer's premium is 19% and will be added to the hammer price. Buyer's premium includes  the Margin Scheme VAT.
  8. All auctions invoices should be paid within a 10 day period.Organisers reserve a right to cancel unpaid orders after that period.
  9. Auction is conducted and settled in the Polish Zloty PLN.
  10. All the PLN money transfers should be made to Organizer bank accounts specified on Auction invoices.
  11. Payments in other currencies are accepted after respective exchange rates are agreed with the Organizer. 
  12. Auction lots could be collected from Organizers office after an earlier appointment.
  13. Cost of international shipping is determined on individual basis. Please contact Organizers for a shipping charge.
  14. Auction items of value higher than 16000 PLN (about 4000 EURO) can be exported outside Poland only after receiving  permition for exportation. The procedure of exportation and receiving permissions is regulated by the act of  law from 23rd July 2003 entitled "On the protection and tutelage of National Monuments" with amendment from 18th March 2010.
  15. It is solely Buyers responsibility to seek and obtain Export Permission.
  16. Only the Polish text of  Terms of Auction has a legal force. This translation has been made only as a guidance.
  17. District Court in Warsaw has jurisdiction in case of any litigation.

  1. Organizatorem aukcji jest firma M. i M. Romuald Sawicz, Warszawa 00-193, ul, Stawki 4a lok U1, NIP 5222195805.
  2. Przedmiotem aukcji są przedmioty powierzone przez klientów lub stanowiące własność Organizatora.
  3. Autentyczność oferowanych przedmiotów jest gwarantowana przez Organizatora bezterminowo.
  4. Opisy pozycji są podane w dobrej wierze.
  5. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w aukcji jest wcześniejsza rejestracja i akceptacja niniejszego regulaminu.
  6. Zakończenie licytacji następuje po trzykrotnym wywołania ceny i jej zatwierdzeniu (przybiciu), a zwycięzcą licytacji zostaje ten jej Uczestnik, który zaoferował zatwierdzoną cenę. W przypadku wątpliwości co do przebiegu licytacji danego przedmiotu Organizator ma prawo powtórzyć licytację.
  7. Opłata aukcyjna wynosi 19% i doliczana jest do wylicytowanej kwoty. Opłata zawiera podatek VAT.
  8. Zwycięzca licytacji jest zobowiązany do uregulowania należności w ciągu 10 dni kalendarzowych od zakończenia licytacji. Po upływie tego terminu Organizator ma prawo anulować nieopłacone zamówienia aukcyjne.
  9. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ukryte wady fizyczne i prawne zakupionych obiektów.
  10. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami wywóz obiektów starszych niż 55 lat oraz o wartościach przekraczających limity określone w ustawie O Ochronie Zabytków granice kraju wymaga zgody odpowiednich władz.
  11. Obowiązek uzyskania stosownych pozwoleń wywozowych spoczywa na Zwycięzcy licytacji i Organizator nie pośredniczy w tej procedurze.
