Biography
Vertical Sassicai is definitely one of the best experiences a wine lover can have. The set takes us on a journey through 6 vintages, from 2010 to the beautiful 2015, through the extremely successful 2013 showing how the character of different years resonates in the wine. The 2016 vintage may be the culmination of this story, and well worth adding to such an experience. Sassicaia is the only Italian wine with its own appellation. Sampling these wines and watching the development of the producer provides further evidence of the validity of this.
