A satirical and political stage play in which the author attempts a grotesque and ironic portrayal of the Bolshevik Revolution and the figure of Lenin himself. This play led to Grubiński’s arrest by the NKVD. In 1941, he was sentenced to death for slandering Lenin, the genius of humanity, and for anti-communist activities. After 86 days of awaiting execution, his sentence was commuted to 10 years in a labor camp, from which he was released in 1942 thanks to the Sikorski–Mayski Agreement. A piece autographed and dedicated by the author to AntoniŻmigrodzki (1895–1971), a diplomat and consular official.
